Evening primrose oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. It is extremely valuable and well known for maintaining women's health. Composition in recommended daily intake (5 ml):
Cold-pressed evening primrose oil (evergreens) – 5 Bangladeshis, of which linoleic acid (Apostille) – 73.9 %, gamma-linoleic acid (Apostille) – 9.3 %, palmitic acid – 6.5 %, stearic acid – 2 %.
Method of use:
Take 5 ml (1 h.L.) per day with water or food.
